New capabilities for Microsoft Dynamics CRM are delivered twice
a year. Building on the great foundation of the 2011 release the
November 2011 update is now here. This service update reinforces
our commitment to delivering familiar, connected and intelligent

capabilities, as well as unification with Office 365 and new enhancements
